Terms of Service
English translation for U.S. visitors · Current site version
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Tribu Halo website or using our associated digital channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
Tribu Halo offers guided-breathing and immersive-sound experiences, events, digital content, memberships, facilitator training and community services. Specific eligibility or participation requirements may apply to individual services.
3. Website and content
Unless otherwise stated, website text, images, videos, trademarks and creative materials belong to Tribu Halo or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
4. Reservations and payments
When making a purchase or reservation you agree to provide accurate information. Prices are shown in the currency indicated. Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
4.1. Halo Breath membership
Halo Breath is a monthly digital-wellness subscription that renews through Stripe until cancelled. Access is tied to the purchase email and remains available through 11:59:59 PM, America/Tijuana time, on the expiration date of the paid period. Without a new confirmed payment, access closes automatically after that time. The first 333 confirmed payments that receive founder pricing keep $149 MXN/month while that subscription remains uninterrupted; if it is cancelled or expires and the user later rejoins, the then-current price applies. Premium content is for personal use and may not be downloaded, redistributed, commercially reproduced or accessed by bypassing access controls.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, transfer and refund terms may vary by event or service and will be communicated with the applicable offer. Contact Tribu Halo if you need the terms for a specific purchase.
6. Wellness and health responsibility
Tribu Halo breathing practices are complementary wellness experiences and are not medical, psychological or clinical treatment. Participants are responsible for considering their health and seeking appropriate professional advice when needed before participating.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
Tribu Halo may update these terms when services, operations or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing law
The current Tribu Halo terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user's jurisdiction.
